We reserve the right to change the T & C and other policies at any time without any notice and those changes shall be with immediate effect once posted on website. It is the duty of the consumers to stay updated. You can use access to our services by registering with our website.

We are providing a platform to order food online from our Website by paying the amount as per the order opting Online Payment Portal or Cash on Delivery and our liability ends once order delivered to you successfully. You also agree to provide us accurate information while registering with us.

We reserve our right to change the menu and price list any time.The user agrees to receive the promotional SMS’s or email from us.You will not create any third party right, interest or liability over the property of us nor harm or damage the reputation or goodwill of the company. We shall not hold any liability for misuse or unauthorized use of Credit/ Debit Cards. All food items need to be consumed on the same day or properly stored as per storage instruction mentioned on packaging of the product. We shall not be liable for any loss due to improper storage or consumption by the consumer.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your Account if any account or information found suspicious, fraudulent or against the law. If you found guilty of violating any policies herein, the Company has discretionary power to cancel the Account.

You are solely responsible for safeguarding your password and Account and will immediately notify us if any suspicious activity undertaken in your Account not done by you.

Goods are sold for consumption of Consumers and not for re-sale. If goods are re-sold, we are not liable for any liability.

Services of the Site would be available to only selected geographies in India. Persons who are "incompetent to contract" within the meaning of the Indian Contract Act, 1872 including un-discharged insolvents etc. are not eligible to use the Site. If you are below 13 years of age, you may use the Site only under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian. All the products listed on the Site will be sold at MRP unless otherwise specified. The prices mentioned at the time of order shall be charged at the date and time of delivery. In case the prices are higher or lower on the date of delivery, no additional charges will be levied or refunded as the case may be at the time of the delivery of the order. Further, pricing can be change without prior notice.

Before placing an order, you will check the product description carefully. By placing an order for a product, you agree to be bound by the conditions of sale included in the item's description.

Under this Site, you may encounter some content that may be deemed by someone to be offensive, indecent, or objectionable. NFPL and/or CGHEPL and its affiliates shall have no liability to you for content that may be deemed offensive, indecent, or objectionable to you.

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless NFPL, CGHEPL, its employees, directors, officers, agents and their successors and assignees from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs and expenses, including attorney's fees, caused by or arising out of claims based upon your actions or inactions, which may result in any loss or liability to CGHEPL or NFPL due to violation of any terms and conditions, policy, representation or warranties.

We are the license holder of all the Intellectual Property Rights and shall not claim ownership on that intellectual property. You also agree not to create any right over that intellectual property in favor of any third party and shall not violate any code of laws by transferring, licensing or assigning any right. Owner of the respective intellectual property shall have its discretionary power to determine right over the intellectual property and to bring action against violators. You agree not to use any of the intellectual property, which can be easily accessible in this Website without prior permission of the Owner of the intellectual property and no right, title or interest shall be transmitted to any person who downloaded any text, image, content etc. hereof.

The laws of India shall govern all the terms, conditions and policies and Court of Kolkata shall have jurisdiction to deal with any action, suit, or other legal proceeding.
